Make smarter bets with state-of-the-art thoroughbred handicapping by HorseIntel. Based in Ellicott City, Maryland, we offer insight and analysis into horse racing. Our founder, David L. Peed is a successful business executive in the government telecommunications sector and has more than 45 years of experience in thoroughbred racing.
David has owned multiple horses and is a member of the National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA) and the Maryland Jockey Club. He has been picking horses since he was five years old and reading the Daily Racing Form since he was six. He is joined in this venture by his two sons, who do all the web development as well as some specialized handicapping.
